Did you know the subconscious mind plays a big role in recurring stress or anxiety? That is why it is so difficult to ‘just snap out of it’. It is also the reason why you need help to change the pattern of stress you’re experiencing.

We all have core beliefs and conclusions about life that we are not even aware of. When we experience stress or anxiety it is a sign that some of these beliefs need an update.

Most core beliefs were developed in an early stage of your life. When you were young you tried to figure out how the world works. To help you survive and keep you safe, your brain held on to information it received from certain experiences you had. As you grew older some of this information has become out of date or is not applicable anymore, yet when your mind keeps holding onto it, it can cause stress, anxiety or depression.

Stress, anxiety and depression are responses to life events, based on beliefs in your subconscious mind. Just by talking with you, your Life Coach will help you find out which beliefs are the actual cause of your stress and then help you to revise them. In order to revise those beliefs, your Life Coach teaches you an understanding that will help you look at life’s situations more accurately. An accurate view on life corresponds with reality and as a result, causes no stress.

Not only will you understand yourself better, you will learn to understand life events better as well. This new outlook on life will help you change that stress pattern in your life. For good.
